The Small Express Loan is presented by Lydia Solutions Société par actions simplifiée registered in Paris, under the RCS number 534 479 589 with a €1,478,203 capital, established at 14 avenue de l’Opéra 75001 Paris, hereinafter referred to as “Lydia” or “Lydia Solutions”, owner of the Lydia brand and registered as a Banking and Payment Service Representative with ORIAS under number 18007465. Under the terms of the Small Express Loan, Sumeria acts in this context as an agent for Floa Bank.

Variable fees for these loans are between 2.44% and 4% and fixed fees from 3% to 4% depending on the loan amount, with a maximum 21.96% APR.
