AMENDMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE COMMERCIAL OPERATION « FUEL CASHBACK »
1. PREAMBLE
The company LYDIA SOLUTIONS, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of €1,794,792, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 534 479 589, whose registered office is located at 14 avenue de l’Opéra, 75001 Paris (France), and acting as an electronic money institution duly authorized to perform payment services under the supervision of the ACPR (CIB bank code: 17598) (hereinafter “Lydia Solutions” or “Organizer“) organizes a promotional sales campaign entitled “Fuel Cashback” (hereinafter “Commercial Operation“) under the conditions and terms described herein.
Under the terms of the terms and conditions applicable to the Commercial Operation (hereinafter referred to as the “TCs “), The It is specifically recalled that Article 1 of TCs “What does the Commercial Operation consist of and who is organizing it?” stipulate that the Operation is reserved exclusively for natural persons of legal age who cumulatively meet the following conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “User(s)») :

This document constitutes an amendment to the TCs.
2. ELIGIBLE USER THRESHOLD REACHED
Pursuant to Article 6.1 of TCs “Organizer’s responsibility” and noting that the threshold often thousand (10,000) first Users having been reached during the Duration of the Commercial Operation, The Organizer informs that starting from April 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m., any new payment account opened via the Sumeria application under the conditions stipulated in the TCs will not be eligible of the Commercial Operation.
