*Price change applicable to the renewal of a Lydia Black subscription as of August 7th, 2022.
**Price change applicable as of August 1st, 2022 for a new subscription Lydia Blue – 25 years old and as of October 1st, 2022 for any renewal of a subscription Lydia Blue – 25 years old.
Incident fees:
Rejected bank transfers are charged €10.
If more than 2 direct debits are rejected per month, each additional rejection is charged at €5.
For more than 5 rejected Lydia card payments per month, each additional rejection is charged at €0.50.
Other exceptional fees :
– 2.9% commission, regardless of the user’s subscription, on funds collected via the Cagnotte.me service;
– €30 handling fee per disputed Lydia Card transaction, beyond 10 oppositions over 12 months;
– €20 handling fee for each unpaid credit card transaction;
– €99 handling fee in case of irregular use of Lydia Services, in contradiction with the T&Cs;
– €100 fee per seizure (within the limit of the balances available on all accounts held by the user);
– 10% of the amount due to the Public Treasury up to a maximum of €100 per administrative seizure by third parties (within the limit of the available balances on all the accounts held by the user);
– €30 maximum fee per year, in case of inactivity during 12 consecutive months (within the limit of the available balances on all the accounts held by the user);
– Other charges may apply in the event of abnormal use (see article 14 of the T&Cs).

(1) Any payment, transfer, top-up, money transfer made with the app, the Lydia IBAN or a Lydia card except payments made to professionals using Lydia and made with the Lydia app.
(2) Once the limit of the maximum number of cards that can be created is reached, the customer will only be able to create Internet cards
(3) A total of 4 card orders per month.
If a fee applies, it will be a minimum of €0.10, except for withdrawals where the minimum is €1.
Only the transaction or the part that exceeds the limit is charged.
If a transaction exceeds more than one limit, only the limit with the highest fee applies.
Users whose identity has not been verified are subject to additional or more restrictive limits:
– Maximum accumulation of amounts held by a user, all Lydia accounts combined: €150;
– Maximum amount of an outgoing transfer, purchase of goods or services: €50;
– Maximum amount of payments issued or received with a Lydia payment account over 30 consecutive days: €150;
– Maximum amount of outgoing transfers since the creation of the account: €150;
– Maximum amount of money received since account creation: €1000.
