  • Color-related issues:
    • The selected item on the screen is not always visible (navigation with the mouse and keyboard). It is sometimes indicated only by a change in color.
    • The contrast is not always 4.5:1 for items with a font size of ≥ 14, without a systematic option to improve it.
  • Navigation-related issues:
    • Navigation using keyboard keys (arrows + tab) in the application is not compliant, except on single screens.

  • Presentation of information:
    • The line spacing must be at least 1.5
    • It is not possible to increase the text size by 200% and apply this change to all text in the application without losing information
    • Clickable areas must be at least 9 mm x 9 mm in size.
  • Form-related issues:
    • For each form (requiring data to be filled in), each field must have a relevant label.
    • Data must be recoverable after the end of a session
    • Each field that requires a specific format must indicate this explicitly.
    • Input help must be provided
    • The order of multiple-choice lists must be consistent.
  • Multimedia-related issue:
    • Navigation with the voice assistant (Talk Back or Voice Over) is not compliant on the application’s photos and videos.

    • Documentation describing features that facilitate accessibility must be provided.
