Payment requests

The application allow to send payment requests to your contacts via their telephone number or email address.

Make a request

From the application's home page, users can click on the double arrow from the home screen to make a payment request to their contacts. The same request can be made to several recipients at the same time.

Once the request has been issued, it appears at the bottom of the home page. Without validation from your contact, it will expire after 7 days.

It's possible to ask for money by sharing a money pot.

Accept a payment request

The recipient is notified immediately by SMS, email or app notification. He can either refuse or accept it.

If he accepts, payment is possible from the application or a payment form.

If the payment is made by credit card using the online form, a 2.5% charge will be applied.

As soon as payment has been made, an email or notification is sent to the sender of the request.

Scan a Lydia QR code

Customers can also ask another user to present them with a payment QR code, and scan it to receive the money.

Cancel a request in progress

The customer can cancel the request from the application home page, where the list of current requests is displayed.

Report

It may happen that a customer receives abusive or inappropriate requests for payment from another person.

If you notice or feel that you are a victim of harassment, you can report it to customer service.

Sumeria reserves the right not to communicate on the outcome of its analysis. It is therefore not necessary to request an update on the progress of the case.
