About the telephone appointment
Phone appointements give customers the opportunity to speak to an advisor.
This feature is exclusive to Black+, Green+ customers or Sumeria customers enjoying the black or standard card benefits.
How to book a phone appointment?
Customers can book a phone appointment in the mobile app from the "Help & messages" tab.
They can a time slot for one of our advisers to call them back. Once the appointment has been booked, a confirmation email is sent.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, customers must cancel the booking and will be able to reserve a new slot.
Before the phone appointment
Customers must ensure to be available and to have prepared the necessary documents for their appointment ahead of time.
