"Get me the manager!"

Some problems are more complex than others, and sometimes our advisors face difficulties resolving yours as quickly as we would like.

If this happens, we've implemented a feature so you can say "get me the manager" with one click. It will make itself visible as a doorbell icon 🛎️ in the top right of the chat interface.

Conditions for the appearance of the doorbell

• the conversation was created more than 3 days ago
• the conversation has been active in the last 15 days (at least 1 message received or sent)
• there were more than 5 messages exchanged
• you have not used the doorbell for another conversation in the last 60 days
