How much is the card?

The very first card order is free, whatever the customer's version.

For all additional cards, a fee corresponding to the manufacturing and delivery costs will be applied when the order is validated:

  • €5 for a classic card ;
  • €9 for a black card.

If the card expires, replacement is free of charge (the customer will be contacted two months before the expiry date). If the card is stolen, replacement is also free of charge.

Any additional charges

The card can be used anywhere in the world, in euros and other currencies.

However, if the use of the card exceeds the limits set, additional charges will be deducted from the customer's account each time the limit is exceeded. These limits set ceilings for payments and withdrawals that must not be exceeded, both in France and abroad.
