Closing account

Customers can delete their Lydia Solutions account at any time right from the app or by email. This mean that he won't be able to access Sumeria app and Lydia app.

Closing Lydia Solutions account in-app

Customers can delete their account at any time right from the app, by navigating to the "Security & privacy" screen and then by tapping "Delete my account".

By email

Customers can also ask to definitively close their Lydia Solutions accounts at any time by sending an email to contact@sumeria.eu that includes the following info:

  • First and last name;
  • Phone number linked to the Lydia account at issue;
  • Reason for the account closure.

Should customers wish to open an account again, they will simply have to verify their identity.
