Closing account
The customer can close his account at any time through the app or via email.
This action is irreversible: the customer will lose access to the applications provided by Lydia Solutions (Sumeria and Lydia), as well as his data.
Closing Lydia Solutions account in-app
The client can close his account directly from the app by going to the « Me » screen, then « Preferences », and finally « Security & Privacy ».
By email
The client can also ask to definitively close his Lydia Solutions accounts at any time by sending an email to contact@sumeria.eu including the following info:
- First and last name;
- Phone number linked to the Lydia account at issue;
- Reason for the account closure.
Should customers wish to open an account again, they will simply have to verify their identity.
