Logging in from a computer
Customers can log in from a computer, using a browser, to see their account. The mobile app will serve as an access key. Customers must therefore have access to the mobile app on their phone at the same time.
Computer login
To log in from their computer, customers must head to https://app.sumeria.eu/login.
They will then be asked to fill in a security code. This code can be viewed in the Sumeria mobile application by tapping "Authentication requests" from the "Security and privacy" screen.
For security reasons, a session will last 30 minutes. After this time, customes will be automatically logged out and will have to log back in.
