Account access from a computer

The customer can log in from a computer, using a browser, to consult his account. The mobile application will serve as an access key. The customer must therefore has access to the application on his phone at the same time.

Computer connection

To connect to his account from a computer, the customer must go to https://app.sumeria.eu/login.

The customer is then asked to fill in a security code. This code can be viewed in the Sumeria mobile application by clicking on "Authentication requests" from the "Security and privacy" screen.

For security reasons, a session will last 30 minutes. After this time, the customer will be automatically disconnected and will have to reconnect.
