Sumeria referral program
Eligible customers can refer others and be referred themselves, using a link or code that establishes a relationship between them.
It is recommended to have a good understanding of the Sumeria app before promoting it to others, in order to maximize the chances of converting referees.
Only the referrer can receive the referral reward, unless otherwise specified in the terms and conditions of the offer.
Referral steps
- Referral can be made by sharing a link or code from the app. They are both accessible from the "Me" screen, and then "Referral" or by clicking here from a smartphone.
- By tapping the referrer's link, the recipient will be redirected to a page dedicated to referral, where they will be able to enter their phone number. The recipient can also enter the code manually in the dedicated section from the "Referral" screen.
- Once the previous step complete, the recipient must validate the referral confirmation message on the app home screen.
Referrals before March 27, 2025
For referrals made before March 27, or those resulting from commercial actions conducted by a Lydia Solutions partner, both the referrer and the referee will receive their rewards if the referee completes the required actions within the specified deadlines. Referral eligibility conditions
To participate in the referral program, the referee must also meet at least one of the following conditions:
- Have never made more than two card payments and none within the two months preceding the registration of the referral;
- Not have subscribed to an eligible offer within the three months preceding the referral.
If the recipient meets any of the above conditions, they will not be eligible to receive the associated reward.
US Person customers cannot be eligible to referral offers, meaning they cannot earn referral rewards either.
Duration and conditions of the offer
Depending on the current referral offer, the required actions and the offer expiration date may vary. These details are visible on the referral screen.
The referee must complete the required actions before the indicated deadline. After this date, rewards can no longer be granted.
A customer can refer multiple people, up to the limit set for each campaign. The customer can see the number of allowed referrals on the referral screen.
The type and amount of rewards vary depending on the offer. Customers can view them and track the referee’s progress from the “Me” tab, then “Referral.”
Reward Payment Timeline
Rewards for eligible actions will be paid within 15 days following their completion.
