Customer whose identity is not verified

Customers who haven't verified their identity yet can add and transfer money to IBANs from the following countries: Germany, England, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco and Portugal.

Customers whose identity is verified

A customer whose identity is verified can add and transfer money to IBANs from any country in the Euro zone.

This excludes countries who don't use the Euro as their currency, such as Bulgaria, Denmark, Czech Republic, Sweden, etc.
