Manual Keeping track of money Payment history Advanced transaction search

Advanced transaction search

Customers can easily search for a transaction in their history using the advanced search. Other history filters can also be added to the search bar.

The search bar

To search for a transaction the customer first has enter into its global history from the home page of the app :

  • The name of a payer or receiver ;
  • The name of a business, restaurant, pharmacy, etc. ;
  • The amount of a transaction;
  • The name of a previously personalized transaction.

The customer will get a list of all the transactions made according to their search.

Advanced search

In addition to the search bar, a "Filter" icon gives customers options for searching for transactions based on:

The period

Customers can load all the transactions they have carried out before or after a specific date. To go even further, you can combine these two filters to search for transactions over a given period.

The amount

As with the search bar, users can search for transactions equal to a specific amount.

They can also use a sign selector to find transactions less than or equal to or greater than or equal to the amount they want.

Customers can choose to activate an option that allows them to display transactions within a value range of around 10% of the value entered. Handy if you can't remember the exact amount.

The operation types

  • Money received
  • Money sent
  • Inter-accounts
  • Top-up by card
  • Wire transfers
  • Payments by card
  • ATM withdrawals
  • Direct debits
  • Investment
  • Loans
  • Fees

Going further

Customers can, of course, combine all these filters and, for example, find a transaction made "at McDonalds for around €10.50 between 12 March and 23 March".

For an even faster search, customers can use a month selector to go back to the date of their first transaction.
