Anticipate recurring expenses

Customers can set recurring expenses from the application. Thanks to their IBAN, they can manage direct debit mandates (telephone bill, electricity bill, etc.). As for the card, it can be used to pay online subscriptions (Netflix, Spotify, etc.).

In order to never miss anything, the customer is prevented via the app and by notification of a planned expenditure in the coming days.

About recurring card transactions, it is important to note that these are only predictions based on the customer's spending patterns over the previous months. Thus, the customer may be notified of an expense that will arrive later or earlier, or that will not arrive because he or she has previously cancelled his or her debits on the corresponding merchant's platform.

SEPA Direct Debits

From the “Direct debit mandates” menu, customers will be redirected to a list of all sellers who debit their account thanks to one of their IBAN. Indeed, the customer can use the IBAN of his main account, or that of a shared account, for example, to be debited.

The customer can, at any time, change the account to be debited (without changing the IBAN entered on the merchant's platform) or delete a mandate to block the next debit.

Online subscriptions

With the number of his card, the customer can subscribe to online offers such as Netflix subscriptions, Spotify, YouTube, etc.

For added security, customers can create virtual card for each subscription, instead of using the numbers on their main card.

Notifications of impending expenses

For direct debit mandates, the customer will be notified by push and email when:

  • a direct debit is likely to arrive in the next few days
  • the balance of the account to be debited is not sufficient
  • the debit has taken place
  • there has been a problem with the debit

Regarding the card subscriptions, the customer will be able to see from the home page of the application, a section appearing above his history when one or more transactions are scheduled in the next 3 days. From this section, the customer will be able to have more details and access to all the planned debits as well as a history of all the debits already made.
