Card's detailed screen

Access

To access their card's detailed screen, customers can click on the card holder from the home screen of the application or from the "Cards" screen by tapping said card.

Actions

Edit payment source

Customers can choose the account that is linked to their card. They can change the account to be debited at any time and as many times as they want. The modification is immediate.

Access to payment numbers

Customers can copy the card's numbers and enter them in the payment form of the online store if they are paying from their phone.

If customers are paying from a computer, they can display the card's numbers (masked by default) to manually copy them.

Blocking

Customers can temporarily block their card. This action is free, reversible and unlimited. It can be used if the card is lost or stolen. Learn more.

PIN code

Customers can view and edit their card's PIN code. Learn more.

Limits

Customers can view their spending limits for the current month. They can also define their own monthly, weekly, and daily payment limits.

Settings

Customers can active or deactivate the "Abroad", "Online", "Contactless payment" and "ATM" features. Learn more about the management of the card.

Activity

Customers can view the history of the payments made with their card. Learn more about transactions history.
