From the « Payments » section, the customer can view and navigate through their spending history displayed in a calendar format. This calendar reflects the frequency of daily expenses as well as the total amount spent each month. With a single click, it allows access to a detailed list of expenses made on a specific day across an entire month. This calendar thus offers an intuitive and interactive overview that helps the customer better understand how their purchases are distributed over time.

This feature is in addition to the transaction history available in the details of each individual account.

The spending calendar allows the customer to browse through their current and past expenses using the arrows at the top of the calendar. The total amount of transactions for the month will also be displayed for better visibility of monthly spending.

The calendar will show a darker box for days with higher spending, based on the following thresholds:

  • From €0.01 to €10 spent;
  • From €10 to €50 spent;
  • From €50 to €150 spent;
  • Over €150 in expenses.

The client will also be able to find in this calendar the logos of the main vendors with whom transactions were made, as well as the number of transactions carried out each day of the month.

Structure

The spending calendar is presented as a summary of all outgoing operations made by the customer (card payments, transfers, peer-to-peer payments, or direct debits) during the month. By clicking on a specific day or month, the customer will access an advanced search of the transactions for that period, the total amount spent, and the receipts for each of those transactions.

Transaction receipt

Clicking on a transaction will automatically redirect the customer to the related receipt, providing them with more information such as viewing the transaction details, downloading the receipt as a PDF, or attaching a file or a souvenir photo.
